Destination Wedding Giveaway Spring 2026

Destination Inspiration, in cooperation with other Service Providers, has been looking forward to taking the public behind the scenes of a real destination wedding, with a real couple. To do this, we’re excited to announce the Destination Wedding Giveaway 2026. One lucky couple will be selected as the winner of Destination Wedding Giveaway 2026 and the public will be able to watch this process unfold.

Process

Initially, couples are invited to submit applications to Destination Inspiration for consideration in the destination wedding giveaway. Destination Inspiration and the other Service Providers will select the Finalists (not to exceed ten finalists). The Finalists will then be notified and must sign an agreement with Destination Inspiration. Once the agreement is signed, the Finalists will be presented to the public and the public will select the winner. All other finalists will be ranked in order of the number of votes. An alternate finalist may be selected as the winner if the winner is unable to meet the requirements of the Destination
Wedding Giveaway.

Once the winner is selected, the public will be able to observe and vote on many parts of the wedding, for example, “which arch do you like better?” Destination Inspiration will post to social media regularly so the public can understand the process involved in creating a successful destination wedding.

Before applying, please read all the rules carefully. While an exact date can’t be given at the start of the contest, once the couple, country and venue are selected the date will be finalized. Before applying make certain you can be onsite at the Jewel Grande, Montego Bay, Jamaica from May 10-13, 2026.

Couple and Venue Selection Timeline:

• October 25, 2025 - Couple Applications Open,
• November 15, 2025, 11:59 pm Mountain Daylight Time - Couple Applications Close,
• December 1, 2025 - Finalists Selected,
• November 22, 2025 - Finalists Notified,
• November 25, 2025 - Finalists Contracts signed and highlight videos created,
• November 26, 2025 to December 3, 2025 - Finalists Voting,
• December 10, 2025 - Winner Announced.


Rules

If you are interested in winning the Destination Wedding Giveaway, please read through the following rules and make certain you can meet the requirements.

• Couple must arrive at the Jewel Grande no later than 11:59 pm EST on May 10, 2026 and may not leave any earlier than 5:00 am EST on May 13, 2026.
• Any change to services provided in the Giveaway, must be made through the appropriate vendor. Any reduction in the cost of an item, e.g. room, airfare, photos, etc. will be refunded to the appropriate vendor.
• Couple grants Destination Inspiration and all Service Providers the right to use their images including print and online to promote their services.
• Destination Inspiration and the Service Providers will consult with Couple on the wedding design; however, Couple agrees to allow votes by the public to determine the look and feel of their wedding (e.g. wedding arch type, final invitations, decor, flowers, etc.)
• Couple will be available, should Service Providers desire, for photo shoot(s) which may not be included in the photography package.
• Service Providers may take photos or create videos throughout the Couple's stay at the resort for their own social media posts or website. The Couple has no right to such pictures and videos, except as each Service Provider chooses to provide to the couple.
• Couple must ensure a minimum of 35 guests staying in 20 rooms will attend the wedding for a minimum of 3 nights and 60 room nights. If fewer than 35 guests attend the wedding, Couple will reimburse Destination Inspiration and the Service Providers for any charges incurred by Destination Inspiration and Service Providers due to less than contracted guests. A guest is defined as a person staying at the resort for the minimum number of nights.
• Service Provider's will pay for no more than 40 guests to attend the wedding and reception afterwards. Should additional guests wish to attend, the Couple must pay the going resort rate for additional guests, plus a 10% processing fee.
• Only guests with reservations in the wedding room block are allowed to attend the ceremony and wedding. Guests who stay outside the room block will not be allowed to attend the ceremony and wedding. Guests must book their rooms through Destination Inspiration, not through the venue.
• Couple agrees the wedding ceremony will be a symbolic ceremony and may not be legally binding in the United States.
• Couple agrees to be legally married in the United States at least 1 month prior to the wedding provided by Destination Inspiration and the Service Providers.
• Couple agrees to arrive at least two days prior to the Rehearsal Dinner.
• Couple agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Destination Inspiration and all Service Providers.
• Prices for guests will be less than $300/person per night.
• Couple must have valid passports at least 4 months prior to the wedding, and they must not expire within 6 months after the wedding.
• Failure by Couple to sign and properly execute this contract will remove the couple from consideration in the contest.
• Couple agrees to Like/Friend/Follow the Service Provider's Social Media sites.

Services Provided by Destination Inspiration and Service Providers

Destination Inspiration and the Service Providers will provide the following services for Couple who are voted the winner according to the conditions/process listed with each service:

• Destination Inspiration – Travel/Venue
o Two (2) coach class airline tickets from a United States Gateway City to Montego Bay Airport, Jamaica. A United States Gateway City is defined as a city which has a non-stop flight from the United States to a Montego Bay, Jamaica.
o Car Service from the airport to the venue.
o Four (4) nights’ stay at the Jewel Grande, Montego Bay, Jamaica.
o All venue charges for the wedding and rehearsal dinner.
o Florals:
 1 Bride’s Bouquet
 1 Groom's Boutonniere
 1 Bridesmaid’s Bouquet
 1 Best Man’s Boutonniere
o Decor:
 Basic Floral Centerpiece
 Color Napkins
 Basic China Package
• Hoopes Events – Planning
o Hoopes Events will plan the wedding securing the florist, menu, paper goods and decor. Each of these categories will have 3 choices which will be placed on social media. The choices receiving the most wins will be the items that will be used for the wedding.
o Onsite coordination
o A one-page invite for your guests
o A wedding website.
• Morgan Leigh Photography – Photos/Media
o Engagement session anywhere in the contiguous US
o Wedding day coverage up to 12 hours.
o Online proofing gallery
o 30-page custom designed wedding album
• Powell Weddings & Events – DJ/MC
o Master of Ceremonies services for rehearsal dinner and wedding day (ceremony-couples exit).
o Access to personalized music planning app for all events
o 2 consultations discussing music ideas. Can be in person or over the phone depending on couples’ location.
o Coordinate sound systems for above listed events.
o Create custom mashups or edits for special dances if desired.
