Destination Inspiration
1. Agency Relationship
Destination Inspiration acts solely as a travel agency and independent intermediary for clients in arranging travel services. Destination Inspiration does not own, operate, manage, or control the hotels, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, cruise lines, safari providers, excursion providers, restaurants, or other suppliers providing travel-related services.
All transportation, accommodations, tours, activities, and related services are provided by independent third-party suppliers who are solely responsible for the delivery of their products and services.
2. Supplier Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that each supplier has its own terms, conditions, policies, and operational standards. Destination Inspiration is not responsible for:
- Supplier errors or omissions
- Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Mechanical failures
- Overbookings
- Acts of negligence by suppliers
- Bankruptcy or financial default of suppliers
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Injury, illness, or death occurring during travel
- Service interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, political unrest, pandemics, or other events outside the agency’s control
3. Reservations & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure reservations. Final payment dates vary by supplier and itinerary.
- Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received and written confirmation is issued.
- Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits.
- Prices are subject to change until fully paid and confirmed by suppliers unless otherwise stated in writing.
Destination Inspiration reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-payment.
4. Changes & Cancellations
All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing.
Supplier cancellation penalties may apply and can include full forfeiture of payments made. Destination Inspiration may also charge administrative service fees for cancellations, revisions, or rebooking assistance.
No refunds are guaranteed for:
- Unused services
- Missed flights
- Early departures
- Late arrivals
- Voluntary itinerary changes
- Failure to obtain required travel documentation
5. Travel Insurance
Destination Inspiration strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including:
- Trip cancellation/interruption coverage
- Medical coverage
- Emergency evacuation
- Baggage protection
- Supplier default protection
Clients understand that declining travel insurance may result in significant financial loss if travel plans are interrupted or canceled.
6. Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying:
- Valid passports
- Visas
- Vaccination records
- Health certificates
- Entry permits
- Any required travel documentation
Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond travel dates.
Destination Inspiration is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or additional expenses caused by insufficient documentation.
7. Health & Medical Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing health recommendations and consulting medical professionals regarding:
- Vaccinations
- Medications
- Physical fitness for travel
- Food or environmental allergies
- Medical restrictions
Destination Inspiration is not liable for medical issues arising during travel.
8. Force Majeure
Destination Inspiration shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Acts of God
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Political instability
- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Airline disruptions
- Strikes
- Supplier insolvency
9. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to comply with all local laws, supplier rules, and reasonable behavioral standards during travel.
Destination Inspiration and suppliers reserve the right to remove or refuse service to travelers whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, illegal, or abusive, without refund.
10. Pricing & Currency Fluctuations
Travel pricing may be affected by:
- Currency exchange fluctuations
- Fuel surcharges
- Government taxes
- Supplier pricing changes
- Availability changes
Destination Inspiration reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to final payment if supplier-imposed increases occur.
11. Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant Destination Inspiration permission to use photographs, testimonials, or general travel experiences shared voluntarily for promotional and marketing purposes.
No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destination Inspiration’s liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Destination Inspiration for agency service fees.
Destination Inspiration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or punitive damages arising from travel services provided by third-party suppliers.
13. Travel Advisories
Clients are responsible for reviewing current travel advisories, safety conditions, and entry requirements for their destination prior to travel.
By traveling, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with domestic and international travel.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of a deposit or final payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.
The person making the reservation represents that they have authority to accept these terms for all travelers in the booking party.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah.
Any disputes arising from travel arrangements or agency services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Utah.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
